BUILDSWELL Construction and Trading is looking for a qualified Licensed Civil Engineer to join our growing team. If you have experience in construction projects, government bidding, and technical documentation, we encourage you to apply!
Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
- With at least three (3) years of relevant experience in construction projects
- Experienced in bidding procedures and documentation, especially for government projects
- Skilled in preparing cost estimates, proposals, and technical reports
- Knowledgeable in construction methods, standards, and materials
- Can work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
