KRS Landscape Works LLC is a leading landscape contracting company delivering high-quality softscape, hardscape, and irrigation projects across the UAE. We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Civil Site Engineer (BE Civil) to join our dynamic team immediately.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified BE Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on UAE experience in landscape and hardscape execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, supervising contractors/labor, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project schedules, and coordinating with clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee day-to-day construction activities for hardscape, softscape, landscape structures, external works, and irrigation networks.
• Quality & Safety Control: Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, project specifications, and local authority standards (e.g., Dubai Municipality, RTA).
• Progress & Scheduling: Track project timelines, coordinate daily tasks with foremen and subcontractors, and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Technical Coordination: Interpret IFC drawings, resolve technical issues on-site, and coordinate structural/civil modifications with consultants and architects.
• Material & Resource Management: Requisition required materials on time, manage equipment utilization, and minimize site wastage.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily site reports, inspection requests (RFIs), progress logs, and work variation documentation.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE / B.Tech Civil).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the UAE.
• Availability: Immediate joiner (Cancelled visa / Visit visa / Serving minimal notice period).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in reading landscape, civil, and structural drawings.
• Hands-on knowledge of hardscape materials (interlocking tiles, natural stone, kerb stone, concrete work, pergolas, features).
• Familiarity with UAE local municipality guidelines and authority approvals.
• Software Skills: Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project (preferred).
• License: Valid UAE Driving License is strongly preferred.
• Languages: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
