Civil Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Civil Engineer (2–10+ years’ experience) who wants meaningful work, professional trust, and a workplace designed for engineers who care about quality. This role is ideal for a P.E. (preferred) with strong civil fundamentals, solid design experience, and a desire to work on varied, non-repetitive projects in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning, designing, and delivering civil engineering projects from planning through construction
• Applying sound engineering judgment to develop practical, buildable solutions
• Managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and proposals with accountability and clarity
• Coordinating permitting and regulatory approvals
• Supporting construction through RFIs, submittals, and construction administration
• Working directly with clients and collaborating across disciplines
• Using AutoCAD and modern project management tools in a nimble environment

Pay: $79,200.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Civil engineering: 5 years (Required)
• AutoCAD: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Engineer in Training (Preferred)
• Professional Engineer (Preferred)
