Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor civil works, building maintenance, and facilities-related activities.
• Attend to complaints received via e-Aduan, phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely resolution.
• Plan and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and ensure defects are identified and rectified.
• Conduct site inspections, condition audits, and walkthroughs to identify defects and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure works are completed according to specifications and schedule.
• Liaise with UiTM, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders on facilities and maintenance matters.
• Prepare monthly reports, PPM reports, building condition audit reports, RFQ documents, vandalism reports, and other required documentation.
• Monitor Maintenance Reserve Fund (MRF) works and assist the Facility Manager in related activities.
• Attend operational meetings and site visits as required.
• Ensure all works comply with Safety & Health, Environmental, Quality, and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.
• Coordinate and provide guidance to technicians and perform other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or civil works is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with contractors and multiple stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
