Civil Engineer

Job Title: Civil Engineer (2 Years UAE Experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. The candidate should have a good understanding of site execution, construction drawings, quality control, safety procedures, and coordination with subcontractors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all civil works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and other engineering teams.
• Review construction drawings and ensure proper implementation at the site.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship in accordance with project requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in material inspections, site inspections, and snagging activities.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team to implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of civil engineering experience in the UAE.
• Knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
