What they need
- Sending DLR / DPR to the Project Engineers on daily basis
- As per drawing understand and execute the Work at site
- Work to be Executed at Site on Good Quality
- Project Schedule to be followed
- Labour Requirements Plan to be submitted to Project Incharges on daily basis
- Any Quality related deviation to be highlighted to Project in charge
- Ensure receiving materials at site on Good Quality
- Engineer Should Maintain Good Housekeeping at site on day to day basis after Work completion
- Engineers should prepare the labour / Sub contract bills for QC Completed works on 15 days cycle
- Ensure Engineers should retain the contractors to Maintain the Good Quality , More no of contractors not to be changed
- Monthly Materials requirements should submit to their Project Incharges
