Civil Engineer

Job Summary

Lee-On Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our growing construction and real estate team.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of civil construction, site supervision, project execution, quality control, and construction planning. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Execute construction work according to approved architectural and structural drawings.
• Manage site workers, contractors, subcontractors, and construction materials.
• Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare project progress reports and daily site activity reports.
• Conduct site measurements, quantity calculations, and material estimations.
• Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and management.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Inspect construction materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related construction issues.
• Maintain proper site documentation and project records.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction or real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, foundations, brickwork, plastering, finishing, and construction materials.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic construction estimation.
• Good understanding of site supervision, project execution, and quality control.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently handle construction site activities.
