Civil Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare, review, and interpret civil, structural, and construction plans and specifications.
2. Supervise and monitor construction, renovation, and repair of company buildings, facilities, and other structures.
3. Inspect company facilities and identify structural defects, damage, and maintenance requirements.
4. Prepare project estimates, quantity take-offs, material requirements, and cost estimates.
5. Monitor project progress, workmanship, materials, and compliance with approved plans and specifications.
6. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding construction and facility improvement projects.
7. Ensure construction and repair activities comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
8. Assist in planning facility improvements to support manufacturing operations, including production areas, warehouses, and equipment foundations.
9. Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
10. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Must be a Registered Civil Engineer (RCE).
• At least 2 years of relevant construction experience.
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, plans, and specifications.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of supervising projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction estimation is an advantage.
