CIVIL ENGINEER

2-3 Years Experience Preferably in Construction/Facilities Management

Able to perform job with least supervision

Project management and supervision skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and technical assessments for internal and external building facade maintenance works using rope access, machineries, and scaffolding
• Identify work scope, access methods, site requirements and potential risks.
• Prepare costing, quotations, technical proposals and tender documentation.
• Attend tender briefings, client meetings and site inspections.
• Recommend suitable technical and access solutions according to site conditions.
• Coordinate with Operations and Project teams on manpower, equipment and work requirements.
• Prepare Method Statements, HIRARC/JSA and other relevant technical documents.
• Provide technical support to clients before and during project execution.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure proposed works comply with relevant safety requirements and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
