Civil Engineer – Real Estate

Role: Civil Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and site workers.
• Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
• Monitor labour productivity and manage site resources.
• Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the purchase team.
• Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, and billing.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and control wastage.

Required Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of estimation, quantity surveying, and billing.
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.
• Time management and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
