Civil Engineer - EIT

We are recruiting on behalf of a premier, nationally recognized real estate developer expanding their in-house engineering team in Denver and looking for a Civil Engineer with an EIT to join a small, high-performing team.

This is not a consulting firm. There are no timesheets, no billable hours, and no juggling a dozen clients. You would work on one project at a time, from site design through construction, and actually watch your work get built.

What you'd be doing:

• Site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater, site plans, and permitting for large-scale multifamily communities
• Working directly alongside senior PEs who mentor you daily
• Coordinating with municipalities, utility providers, and permitting agencies
• Seeing projects through from concept to construction

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required
• Engineer Intern (EIT/EI) certification is required
• 0-3 years of land development experience preferred
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
