Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 15+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in RCC construction and execution is mandatory.
• Should have extensive experience handling end-to-end site execution of RCC projects.
• Manage and supervise construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, material requirements, and site productivity.
• Ensure proper execution of RCC works including formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and related structural activities.
• Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and relevant documentation.

Eligibility:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.
• Strong and proven RCC project execution experience is mandatory.
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred. Near to Kurla
• Immediate joiners or candidates with very short notice period preferred
