Civil Engineer Executive

About the role

We are looking for a professional Civil Executive (Civil Engineer). This position coordinates daily Civil & Infrastructure operations, ensuring proper maintenance of buildings, housing, amenities, roads, and drains. The role leads technical teams, handles defect inspections, oversees contractors, and ensures all work meets quality and safety standards.

What we're looking for

1. Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
2. Min. 5 years of experience in construction or maintenance (or related field).
3. Strong knowledge of costing (RAB), cost control, and SNI standards for building and highway projects.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, Microsoft Project/Project Planner, and Microsoft Office.
5. Possess valid K3 Umum certification.
6. Strong planning, organizational, and leadership abilities.
7. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
8. Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven, with a professional and reliable character.
9. Placement: Lagoi, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau.
