Role & responsibilities

• Prepare RA bills, final bills, and client bills.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity estimation.
• Verify site measurements and prepare measurement sheets.
• Prepare subcontractor bills and verify quantities.
• Coordinate with the site team, contractors, and project managers.
• Maintain billing records and supporting documents.
• Prepare reconciliation statements for construction materials.
• Ensure accurate billing as per drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience in civil billing and quantity estimation.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Knowledge of BOQ preparation, RA billing, and measurement books.
