Civil Engineer – G+1 Dubai Municipality Licensed Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with a valid G+1 Contracting Licence to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in civil construction, authority drawings, site inspections, and technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review civil/structural drawings as required.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and required standards.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Handle technical documentation, drawings, and site-related reports.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for appropriate technical solutions.
• Assist with authority-related technical requirements and documentation.
• Ensure construction activities follow applicable regulations and safety requirements.

Mandatory Requirement

• G+1 Contracting Licence – Mandatory
• Civil Engineering qualification.
• Relevant UAE construction/site experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of civil construction drawings and site inspection.
• Ability to coordinate independently with site teams and consultants.
• Immediate availability to join is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Steel contracting licence/certification is an advantage.
• Experience with authority requirements and technical drawings.
• DCD/Trakhees-related experience or approvals are an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Candidates who can work independently and manage site responsibilities are preferred.
• Female candidates are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant licence/approval experience.
