Civil Engineer (Internship)

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Engineering Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in engineering and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Supervisor in monitoring and recording daily site progress.
• Monitor and follow up on subcontractors' work progress and performance.
• Review structural and architectural drawings to ensure proper work implementation.
• Inspect completed works and maintain proper site documentation.
• Ensure building materials are properly stored, handled, and protected.
• Assist in checking delivered materials against project specifications and approved requirements.
• Support the implementation of site safety and quality control procedures.
• Report any issues, defects, or non-conformities to the Site Supervisor or Site Engineer.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor or Senior Project/Site Engineer.

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
