Civil Engineer - Land Development

• Responsible for planning, surveying, setting out, supervising, and managing land development and site infrastructure works.
• Coordinates in surveying and layout activities, overseeing horizontal concrete construction, monitoring earthworks and grading, ensuring compliance with approved engineering plans and specifications
• Managing site personnel, equipment, materials, and construction schedules
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering, site development, construction methodologies, quality control, safety standards, and project coordination to ensure that all works are completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and according to project requirements
• Other tasks that may be required from time to time.
