Civil Engineer + MBA

Conart Engineers Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented professional with a Civil Engineering background and an MBA to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company's engineering and construction-related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering + MBA (Marketing preferred).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
