Civil Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer (FRESH GRADUATES)

About the role

We are looking for talented and driven Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers to join our team at various project sites across Malaysia. Roles are available at different levels of seniority, from entry-level to senior positions.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting in the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.
• Conducting site inspections, supervision, and progress monitoring.
• Preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, reports, and technical documentation.
• Coordinating with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring all work complies with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and proposing effective solutions.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
• Fresh Graduates: No prior experience is required.
• Junior Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction or engineering industry.
• Senior Level: 5+ years of proven experience in project management and engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage for roles requiring communication with Chinese-speaking clients or teams.
