Park Administrator / Park Maintenance Crew Leader

Reports to: Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Park Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, cleanliness, landscaping, and maintenance of the memorial park, including its grounds, facilities, and other areas. The position also supervises the assigned park maintenance crew and ensures that all maintenance activities are properly scheduled and completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and monitor assigned park maintenance crew members in performing their daily tasks.
• Ensure that the memorial park grounds, facilities, and surrounding areas are clean, safe, orderly, and well-maintained at all times.
• Plan and monitor regular grass cutting, landscaping, gardening, trimming, watering, and other grounds maintenance activities.
• Assist and participate in the maintenance of trees, shrubs, lawns, plants, walkways, and other outdoor areas as needed.
• Inspect the park regularly and identify areas requiring cleaning, repair, landscaping, or other maintenance work.
• Ensure that park maintenance equipment, tools, and facilities are properly used, maintained, and kept in good condition.
• Supervise and assist the crew in minor repairs and general maintenance work.
• Monitor and coordinate the preparation of the site for interment services, including soil excavation, tent setup, and other required arrangements.
• Ensure that the park is properly maintained and presentable, especially for clients, families, and visitors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, schedules, equipment, and other relevant reports.
• Train and guide park crew members on proper work procedures, safety practices, and the correct use of tools and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in landscaping, property/facility maintenance, construction, or related work is an advantage but not required for fresh graduates.

• Good knowledge of basic maintenance, safety practices, and site supervision.

• Ability to supervise, train, and work effectively with a maintenance crew.

• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work on-site and perform field-related duties.

• Ability to prepare and maintain basic reports and records.
