Civil Engineer, PE

Robert and Company has an immediate opening for a Civil Engineer, PE to join our downtown Atlanta team.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Engineer will work within a design team with Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Fire Protection, Planning, Landscaping and CAD disciplines to deliver complete design and consulting services for Military and other Government projects. Position requires domestic and international travel.

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a design/consulting environment
• BS in Civil Engineering
• Should be capable of directing civil designers and cad operators
• Registration as a Professional Engineer
• Proficient with Civil3D (including Hydrographs and Storm Sewers) and Microsoft Office
• Strong background of engineering calculations, design experience in civil/land development projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and problem solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Micro Station and DOD Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) and United Facilities Criteria (UFC)documents.
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the US and must be able to pass Government background checks.
