About the role

Radtelcom Technologies Corporation is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer - Project Site Engineer to join our engineering team in General Santos City, South Cotabato. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of our infrastructure and telecommunications projects. As a Project Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering works on-site, ensuring projects are executed to specification, on schedule, and within budget. This role is essential to maintaining the quality standards and project objectives that define Radtelcom Technologies Corporation's reputation in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil engineering construction activities on project sites to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications

• Monitor construction progress, maintain accurate site records, and prepare regular progress reports for project management and stakeholders

• Conduct daily inspections of materials, workmanship, and safety practices to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance

• Manage site logistics including equipment, materials, labour scheduling and coordination with subcontractors

• Identify and resolve technical issues and conflicts that arise during construction, implementing corrective actions as needed

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies on all project sites

• Liaise between the design team, project management, contractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and project coordination

• Document and report any deviations from design specifications and manage change orders appropriately

• Conduct quality assurance testing and inspections of completed works prior to handover

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification

• Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent engineering certification

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a site engineer or project engineer in civil infrastructure, telecommunications, or related industries

• Proven expertise in managing construction sites, including experience with project planning, scheduling, and budget control

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and building codes relevant to telecommunications infrastructure

• Proficiency in site documentation, technical drawings interpretation, and construction management software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety

• Experience with telecommunications or infrastructure projects is highly desirable

• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental management systems
