Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate site-related activities, ensure work is executed as per requirements, and support project completion within the planned timelines. The candidate should be comfortable travelling to different locations across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved plans and requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, and site teams.
• Monitor quality, progress, materials, and workmanship at project sites.
• Review drawings, measurements, and technical requirements.
• Ensure proper execution of civil, electrical, plumbing, and other site-related works as applicable.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare site progress reports.
• Maintain records of materials, measurements, work progress, and site expenses.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for smooth project execution.
• Travel to different locations across India based on project requirements.
• Handle multiple sites/projects and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of site supervision and project coordination.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans.
• Good knowledge of construction/site execution processes.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hindi communication is mandatory.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel for reporting

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
