Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in construction and project execution. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil works, ensuring quality standards, managing project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulations.
• Manage project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor project costs and support budgeting and billing activities.
• Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
• Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and project handover activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural works, finishing works, and quality standards.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, and other engineering software.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
