Civil Engineer / Site Engineer – Construction

We are a Singapore-based main contractor in the construction industry, looking for a responsible and motivated Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project team members.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and report site issues to the Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections and assist in quality control.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and construction regulations.
• Review construction drawings and assist in resolving technical issues on site.
• Prepare site reports and other project documentation as required.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with 3–5 years of relevant civil engineering or site engineering experience are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in construction projects or working with a main contractor will be an advantage.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
