Job Title: Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer Fresher to join our Foot Over Bridge (FOB) project team. The candidate will work under the supervision of senior engineers and assist in site execution, quality control, measurements, documentation, and coordination with contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in the execution of FOB construction works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per project requirements.
• Assist in setting out, measurements, levels, and site inspections.
• Check reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concreting, structural steel, welding, and other civil works.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.
• Assist in quantity measurements and preparation of RA bills, BOQs, and material requirements.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records, checklists, and inspection documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, surveyors, and other site personnel.
• Assist in material inspection and ensure proper storage and utilization of construction materials.
• Identify site issues and report them to the Senior/Project Engineer.
• Follow project safety procedures and ensure safe working practices at the site.
• Assist with quality control and inspection activities, including concrete and reinforcement-related checks.
• Support preparation and updating of as-built drawings and project documentation.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.
• Assist in monitoring project progress against the planned schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Civil Engineer: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Site Supervisor: ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience: 0–3 years Civil Construction
• Language: Telugu (Mandatory), English/Hindi (added advantage)
• Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple site activities efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
