Civil Engineer / Technical Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineer / Technical Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing and submitting technical drawings, coordinating with developers and government authorities, and ensuring that site execution complies with approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, draft, and modify 2D CAD drawings for construction and fit-out projects.

* Prepare and submit technical drawing packages to developers and authorities for approvals.

* Handle approval submissions with:

* Emaar

* Nakheel

* LOAMS

* Dubai Municipality (DM)

* Dubai Development Authority (DDA)

* Trakhees

* Coordinate with consultants, developers, and authorities to obtain timely approvals.

* Review comments from authorities and revise drawings accordingly.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.

* Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors regarding drawing updates and technical requirements.

* Maintain proper documentation and records of approvals and revisions.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).

* Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in technical submissions and construction coordination.

* Proven experience handling approvals with Emaar, Nakheel, LOAMS, Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), and Trakhees.

* Strong knowledge of UAE construction approval procedures and regulations.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of technical drawings.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Valid UAE Driving Licence (mandatory).

Preferred Candidate

* Civil Engineer with experience in villa, fit-out, or landscaping projects.

* Able to work independently and manage multiple submissions simultaneously.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits

* Salary: AED 6,500 per month

* Company visa and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
