Civil Engineer (Urgent)

Project Engineer/Site Engineer

• At least 1 to 2 Year Experience on this field.

• Documentation & Compliance: Manage "Requests for Information" (RFIs), submittals, and change orders.

• Scheduling: Assist the Project Manager in developing and updating the master construction schedule.

• Budget Oversight: Track costs, manage vendor invoices, and ensure the project isn't "bleeding" money.

• Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the client, architects, and subcontractors.

• Quality Control: Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure they meet project standards.

• Technical Supervision: Monitoring subcontractors to ensure work is being built according to the blueprints.

• Health & Safety: Enforcing safety protocols on-site to minimize risks and accidents.

• Problem Solving: Resolving unexpected technical difficulties or "clashes" that arise during the build.

• Reporting: Keeping site diaries and progress reports to document daily activities and weather delays.

• Willing to Assign in various Project Site (Manila, Bulacan, Cavite)
