Job Summary:
The Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and maintaining all civil and structural works within the hotel and resort. This includes ensuring that facilities are safe, functional, and aligned with operational and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance of hotel and resort structures
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, guest areas, and back-of-house facilities
• Ensure all civil works comply with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
• Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and material requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments for project execution
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure quality, cost control, and timely completion
• Address structural issues, repairs, and preventive maintenance plans
• Assist in planning upgrades and improvements for guest facilities
• Maintain documentation, reports, and permits related to civil works

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred or required, depending on your requirement)
• At least 2–3 years of experience in construction, preferably in hotel or resort projects
• Knowledgeable in structural design, construction management, and maintenance
• Familiar with local building codes and safety regulations
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering software
• Willing to work on-site and handle multiple projects

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hospitality or resort development projects
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
