CIVIL ENGINEERING

Key responsibilities :

• Design and develop civil engineering solutions for infrastructure projects, including site planning, structural analysis, and technical specifications
• Conduct site surveys, geological assessments, and feasibility studies to support project planning and decision-making
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, reports, and documentation using industry-standard software and CAD tools
• Monitor project construction and implementation to ensure compliance with design specifications, timelines, and budget requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and project managers to coordinate project delivery
• Conduct quality inspections and testing of materials and structures to verify adherence to engineering standards and safety regulations
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineering staff and construction teams on site
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and design issues that arise during project execution
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes

What we're looking for :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
• Professional Engineering qualification or registration (PE/PEng) is highly desirable
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in civil engineering design, construction management, or site supervision
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar applications
• Solid understanding of structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and construction methodologies
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards applicable to construction projects
• Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with project stakeholders and team members
• Problem-solving capability and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
