About the role
Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring projects adhere to design specifications, budget, and timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor work quality, material compliance, and strict adherence to site safety standards and regulations
- Prepare, track, and maintain essential project documentation, cost estimates, billings, and progress reports using Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, sub-contractors, site workers, and project managers to resolve site issues promptly
About you
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer is a major advantage
- Prior experience in construction management or site supervision is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced/strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong work ethic, highly trustworthy, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively under pressure
- Must be residing in Ormoc City or nearby areas in Leyte
