Site Supervision

 Visit and inspect multiple project sites across Mumbai as required.

 Monitor day-to-day civil and construction activities.

 Ensure work is being carried out as per approved plans, specifications and timelines.

 Check the quality of materials, workmanship and construction activities.

 Identify delays, defects, safety concerns or deviations and report them to

management.

 Ensure proper coordination between contractors, workers and other site personnel.

2. Contractor & Worker Management

 Identify and recommend reliable and experienced civil contractors.

 Source skilled workers and labour teams as required for different projects.

 Coordinate with contractors regarding manpower, materials, timelines and work

requirements.

 Compare contractor capabilities, previous work and pricing before making

recommendations.

 Monitor contractor performance and ensure commitments are fulfilled.

3. Quotations & Cost Management

 Obtain quotations from multiple contractors and vendors for construction and civil

work. Compare quotations based on price, quality, scope of work, timelines and

material specifications.

 Negotiate with contractors and vendors to obtain the best possible commercial terms.

 Prepare clear comparisons and recommendations for management approval.

 Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to control unnecessary expenses.

4. Project Coordination

 Track progress of ongoing civil works across different properties.

 Coordinate with management and contractors to ensure work progresses according

to schedule.

 Prepare work estimates and requirements for upcoming projects.

 Ensure proper execution from the beginning of work through completion.

 Coordinate inspections, measurements and final completion of work.

5. Reporting & Documentation

 Provide regular updates to management regarding site progress.

 Maintain records of site visits, work completed, pending work and contractor

performance.

 Report any major issues, delays, additional costs or deviations immediately.

 Maintain quotation comparisons, estimates and project-related documentation.

Candidate Requirements

 Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, site supervision, real estate

development or project execution.

 Strong knowledge of civil construction, materials, measurements and estimation.

 Good understanding of contractors, labour management and site execution.

 Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.

 Ability to evaluate quotations and identify cost-effective options.

 Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai project sites.

 Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to independently handle multiple sites and projects.

 Must be comfortable working in a field/site-based role for extended hours.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong and commercially aware,

with the ability to identify good contractors, negotiate effectively, control project costs and

ensure that construction work across our properties is completed with good quality, within

budget and within the required timeline.

Important: This is a field-intensive role requiring regular travel between multiple properties

and construction sites across Mumbai.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
