CIVIL ENGINEERING

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in planning, supervising, and monitoring construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and assessments.
• Assist in supervising and monitoring daily construction activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, material quantity takeoffs, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Monitor project progress, materials, manpower, and construction schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Assist in resolving technical issues encountered at project sites.
• Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by management.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and engineering software is an advantage.
• Willing to work at the office and different project sites as required.
• Eager to learn, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to be trained.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
