Civil Engineering - Land Development

What you'll work on

• Residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects across Western Pennsylvania
• Site design, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management, including work on challenging, varied terrain
• Entitlements, permitting, and coordination with municipalities and state agencies
• Client and consultant coordination from concept through construction
• For PM-level candidates: leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and owning client relationships

What we're looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience in land development, site civil, or related infrastructure work
• EIT or PE license (or progress toward licensure) preferred
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Pennsylvania municipal and stormwater requirements
• Strong communication skills and a track record of delivering projects
