Civil Engineering Supervisor

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Experience in 3D drawing, project planning, BoQ, and structural and architectural assessment.
• Willing to be placed in Gempol, Pasuruan, East Java.

Skill Competencies

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other civil engineering software applications.

• Strong analytical thinking skills.

• Good leadership skills.

• Good negotiation skills.

• Good English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Job Descriptions

• Handle and ensure all engineering processes, repairs, including corrective and preventive actions.
• Create 3D design drawings, as-built drawings, BoQ, schedules, and project documentation.
• Ensure all projects comply with construction standards and safety regulations, including GMP, HACCP, and SNI/JIS.
• Prepare materials, manage inventory, and calculate repair costs.
• Conduct building assessments and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors or vendors during repair and maintenance activities.
