What they need
1. Develop 2D and 3D drafts for projects with 100% accuracy according to specifications.
2. Execute detailed design instructions for permits purposes and guidance on construction phases.
3. Create Project Monitoring System/s to enhance tracking accuracy and project transparency.
4. Validate material procurement vis-a-vis project scopes and BOM to control costs.
5. As necessary:
a) Conduct weekly construction site visits and verify physical construction matches digital design drafts; and
b) Supervise construction site teams.
6. Do other assigned tasks.
