Civil Estimation Engineer

• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQ and specifications thoroughly
• Prepare quantity take offs for civil and architectural
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and pricing analysis
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial bid submissions
• Coordinate with project, procurement and engineering teams for inputs
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and authority regulations
• Maintain estimation records and cost databases
• Support value engineering proposals to enhance competitiveness
• Assist Senior Estimation Engineer in final bid review and submission

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
