Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, estimates and rate analysis.
• Prepare project costing and tender quotations.
• Review drawings and tender documents.
• Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for rates.
• Knowledge of MEP costing including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Fire Fighting.
• Prepare comparative statements and commercial proposals.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Civil Estimation & Costing.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, Rate Analysis and Tendering.
• MEP costing knowledge is mandatory.
• Good command of MS Excel and construction drawings.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience required.
