Civil Estimation Engineer - Waterproofing

Tender & Drawing Review: Study tender documents, architectural/structural drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) to determine the exact waterproofing and coating scope.

Quantity Take-Offs: Calculate precise measurement sheets and material volumes for basements, roofs, wet areas, and foundations.

Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis: Prepare detailed estimates covering specialized materials, manpower, machinery, and scaffolding access.

Vendor & Subcontractor Quotations: Source, analyze, and negotiate competitive pricing from material suppliers and specialized application contractors.

Technical & Commercial Proposals: Draft formal bid submissions, compliance statements, methodology write-ups, and risk inclusions/exclusions.

• Analyze Plans: Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and project specifications.
• Calculate Quantities: Perform detailed quantity take-offs for materials like concrete, steel, and earthworks.
• Cost Estimation: Determine accurate pricing for labor, machinery, sub-contractors, and site overhead.
• Tender Preparation: Prepare bids, proposals, and bills of quantities to submit for project tenders.
• Collaborate: Work closely with project managers, site engineers, clients, and suppliers to manage budgets and timelines.
