What they need
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction
- Strong hands-on experience in construction site works
- Ability to supervise workers and coordinate daily site activities
- Good knowledge of concrete, blockwork, plastering, masonry, and finishing works
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of site safety and HSE requirements
- UAE experience is preferred
