Civil Foreman

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate civil works on construction and fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed according to drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and finishing works on site.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and required quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and other trades.
• Check materials and ensure proper use and availability on site.
• Monitor workmanship and identify and correct quality issues.
• Ensure proper site safety and housekeeping.
• Report daily progress, manpower, and site issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman or similar position.
• Experience in construction, fit-out, or renovation projects.
• Good knowledge of civil and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Experience supervising workers and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of construction materials, tools, and site procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• UAE/GCC experience is a must.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
