Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, manpower handling, and construction work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities.
• Handle and coordinate site workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project requirements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress.
• Maintain quality and ensure proper execution of civil works.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers for daily work planning.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower.
• Identify and report site issues to the concerned engineer.
• Maintain daily work and progress records.
• Follow all safety procedures and site instructions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
• ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Good manpower handling and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site activities.
