Position: Civil Foreman

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate should have strong experience in industrial construction projects, such as cement plants, manufacturing plants, factories, and other industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities and site manpower.
• Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Supervise excavation, foundations, RCC works, shuttering/formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
• Allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
• Check line, level, dimensions, and quality of work before execution.
• Monitor daily work progress and achieve planned targets.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
• Maintain required quality standards and rectify site issues promptly.
• Ensure workers follow HSE requirements, PPE rules, and safe working procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping and discipline at the worksite.
• Report manpower, progress, material requirements, and site issues to the concerned Engineer.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma / relevant Civil Construction qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman, preferably in industrial construction.
• Good knowledge of civil drawings and construction methods.
• Strong manpower supervision and site coordination skills.
• Experience in cement plants, manufacturing plants, industrial buildings, or similar projects will be preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project schedules.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
