Civil Foreman / Site Supervisor

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Direct and manage construction crews, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to maximize productivity.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and toolbox talks to prevent accidents.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings, translating them into actionable plans for the construction team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a vocational or technical degree is a plus.
• Holds relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or equivalent safety training.
• Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil construction supervision.
• Has a proven track record in managing diverse construction projects, ideally within the infrastructure sector.
