Civil Foreman/Site Supervisor

We are looking for Civil Foreman/Site Supervisor (Fit out and Construction works) to join our team,

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily tasks as per priorities and manager requirements
• Supervise construction and facility workers; delegate tasks to meet deadlines
• Ensure safe use of tools and equipment; provide safety training
• Resolve conflicts and maintain smooth communication
• Report project status to site engineers and management
• Inspect construction sites and facility maintenance/modification works
• Identify and manage potential safety hazards
• Enforce compliance with health and safety practices
• Organize work schedules and manage material orders/deliveries
• Assist civil engineers with planning activities
• Complete site reports and maintain accurate records
• Oversee facility maintenance and modification works

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Foreman/Site Supervisor in fit-out, construction, and facility management (UAE experience preferred)
• Technical knowledge of civil, architectural, and finishing works
• Ability to manage manpower, materials, and site logistics
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and safety practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in reporting and MS Office
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
