DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regularly inspect and monitor the store premises and surrounding areas.
• Monitor and observe the store entrance and exit.
• Control and authorize the entry of persons and vehicles within the premises.
• Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or security concerns immediately.
• Ensure that all windows, doors, and exits are properly secured.
• Conduct bag inspection of store clerks upon entry and exit, in accordance with company policy.
• Regularly check and monitor the store perimeter.
• Remain alert and vigilant to prevent and detect shoplifting and other security-related incidents.

QUALIFICATIONS

• No security license required; Civil Guard position only.
• At least 2nd year college level.
• Alert, observant, and proactive, particularly in detecting potential shoplifting incidents.
• Willing to undergo a background investigation.
• Willing to start ASAP.
• Must be able to provide/bring own uniform.
• Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City.

WORK SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

• 12-hour duty per shift
• Overtime pay is provided for hours worked beyond the regular working hours, in accordance with company policy and applicable labor laws.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php755.00 per day
