About the Role:

Hohbach-Lewin, Inc. a leading Northern California structural and civil engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineering summer intern. This position will be located in our Palo Alto office only. We are looking for a motivated student who enjoys being challenged and is ready to gain hands on experience in civil engineering design.

About the Position

Summer interns will be working with experienced staff on the following tasks:

• Civil Engineering Plans
• Grading and Drainage Plans
• Storm Water Treatment Plans
• C.3 Forms and calculations
• Utility Design
• Use and Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Communication Skills
• Perform Design Calculations

Position Requirements

• A junior or senior pursuing a degree in civil engineering.

• Completed materials design coursework

Skills Considered a plus:

• Knowledge of Revit/ AutoCAD

• Ability to communicate effectively.
