Fetch Recruitment are currently seeking experienced CW2 Civil Labourers to join a leading civil contractor working across major subdivision and civil construction projects in Toowoomba.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable labourer looking for ongoing local work, consistent hours and genuine career progression.

• Upskilling opportunities on Roller, Loader, Skid Steer, Moxy and Excavator
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Pay and performance reviews at 3 and 6 months
• Genuine progression into Machine Operator and Leading Hand roles

Your Day-to-Day Duties

• General civil labouring across subdivision and earthworks projects
• Assisting with trenching, drainage, pits and pipe
• Site preparation and clean-up
• Assisting excavator and other plant operators
• Spotting machinery and working around heavy plant
• Installing conduits and assisting with underground services
• Operating plant where appropriately ticketed
• Working as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently

What You'll Need

• Previous civil or subdivision experience
• White Card – essential
• Relevant machine tickets/VOCs highly regarded
• Current Driver's Licence
• Reliable transport
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong commitment to safety

The Opportunity

This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity with performance reviews at 3 and 6 months, with the potential for pay increases and progression as you achieve key milestones.
