Civil Labourers

Tracc Civil is an industry leading civil construction company based in Bibra Lake, delivering high-quality projects across the Perth Metropolitan Area.

We cover a wide range of projects in-house through our different divisions, including road construction, bulk earthworks, wall construction, Ingrounds (cable laying, trenching), and electrical divisions. As a Labourer at Tracc you'll have the chance to work on diverse projects and explore which areas interest you, growth opportunities will be offered to high performing candidates to further develop your career.

While previous experience in the civil / construction industry, traffic management, or general labouring is an advantage, we also encourage entry-level candidates to apply as training will be provided on the job.

Key Requirements:

• Current and valid Driver's License and your own reliable transport.
• Construction Induction (White) Card.
• Ability to follow safe work procedures and adhere to site requirements.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, small equipment, and manual tasks related to civil construction work, an advantage.
• Physically fit, motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Reliable and dedicated to their work and team.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.

Key Responsibilities:

General Labourer:

• General civil labouring: digging, site clean-up, fencing and more
• Following safe work procedures and site requirements
• Safely operating small plant and hand tools
• Opportunities to operate basic plant equipment (rollers, water carts)
• General labouring duties such as sweeping, digging, site clean-up, and fencing.

Ingrounds Labourer:

• Ingrounds labouring duties such as pit building and assisting with pipe and conduit laying.
• Operating small plant and equipment, including plate compactors and quick cuts.
• Gaining working knowledge and experience operating general basic plant equipment such as rollers and watercarts.
• Assist with cable truck and winch operations.
• Assist with rod and rope of underground conduits.
• Assist with internal conduit and cable installations.
• General labouring tasks such as sweeping, digging, site clean-up, and fencing.
