This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience who can independently manage cases while working alongside a supportive team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals.

What You'll Do

• Manage civil litigation matters from case assessment through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in hearings and trials.
• Handle litigation matters in Texas state and federal courts.
• Develop strategic legal solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Qualifications

✔ Active Texas law license in good standing.

✔ Admission to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas .

✔ 2-5 years of civil litigation experience with case ownership responsibilities.

✔ Experience with business litigation, real estate disputes, discovery, depositions, and courtroom appearances.

✔ Ability to attend proceedings throughout the Greater Houston area, including Harris, Fort Bend, and Brazoria Counties.
